In a certain middle school, a girl named Takagi-san loves to tease the boy who sits next to her, Nishikata. Nishikata struggles hard in order to get even with Takagi-san for her teasing, but all his efforts are easily seen through by Takagi-san. Teasing Master Takagi-san is the story of these two's everyday lives that are full of teasing.
